Encore Capital Management has broken ground on a mixed-use development featuring small lot homes and street-fronting retail in Eagle Rock.
The project, slated for a property at 4514 Eagle Rock Boulevard, is named Arla – the Swedish word meaning “good morning.” Plans call for the construction of 38 single-family dwellings – in addition to seven live/work homes with street fronting commercial space.
