ACME Messaging Terms and Conditions

By opting in, you agree to receive general conversational, informational, and customer service text messages from ACME for promotional or marketing purposes. These messages may include responses to your inquiries, real estate information you requested, appointment or showing coordination, and customer support communications.

These SMS messages are sent by ACME.

Message frequency varies based on communication needs. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions about your text or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.

You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you an SMS message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to receive messages again, you may opt in again as you did the first time.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

ACME prohibits any unauthorized sharing, use, access, transfer, sale, rental, or disclosure of consumer phone numbers, SMS registration data, and SMS consent information.

ACME maintains administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect SMS-related user data from unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These safeguards may include role-based access controls, employee and contractor confidentiality obligations, vendor restrictions, secure storage measures, and other reasonable security measures appropriate to the nature of the information.
