In 2011, Courtney Poulos founded ACME Real Estate to challenge the conventional brokerage model — a female-fronted, design-savvy firm where clients came first and agents were trained to think like creative entrepreneurs, not corporate salespeople. Courtney Poulos has been a real estate matchmaker for nearly a decade. In addition to California, Courtney has sold real estate in Washington DC, Maryland and Virginia. Her nationwide experience lead her to become the host of “My City’s Just Not that Into Me,” which utilizes her unique ability to find the perfect match for her clients as well as her nationwide real estate connections. Since 2011, she’s been the owner and Broker of ACME.
Courtney named the company ACME because she wanted the clients to be the focus, not just a faceless company. The name was chosen to let the people we work for and the agents who work here to be the heart and soul that makes ACME | SERHANT. different from the corporate masses.
