Robb Report: Michael B. Jordan’s Former Hollywood Hills Home Hits the Market for $14 Million

The Robb Report features the ACME | SERHANT. listing from Charles Derenne, Silk Fernald, and Dominique Madden.

The residence has been remodeled by the L.A. firm Ome Dezin, which added a mirrored sauna pavilion.

Years before actor Michael B. Jordan won an Oscar for his leading role in Ryan Coogler’s 2025 film Sinners, he bought a discreet Los Angeles pad along Upper Nichols Canyon’s “celebrity row.” Designed by architect Jeffrey Mills in 1997, it fuses elements of modernism, brutalism, and the warmth of a French country home.

Tucked away on Woodrow Wilson Drive, a winding street in the Hollywood Hills, the four-bedroom abode was purchased by television host Daisy Fuentes in 2005 for $4.5 million, Mansion Global claims. She reportedly sold it to Jordan in an off-market deal for $5.8 million in September 2019, and the 39-year-old movie star sold it in May 2022 for $6.95 million. The founders of the design and development studio Ome Dezin bought it for $5.25 million in July 2025.

Since founding their firm in 2020, longtime friends Joelle Hutner and Jesse Rudolph have restored an original A. Quincy Jones home in Brentwood and a Tudor-style cottage owned by burlesque star Lili St. Cyr. Hallmarks of their style, including the use of natural colors and materials, are present throughout the contemporary house set on a private acre of land.

“The existing architecture and surrounding landscape were the key inspirations for our design direction,” Ome Dezin tells Robb Report via email. Remodeling the interiors took roughly a year and a half and came with some challenges. “The home has a lot of volume and was used as an art gallery before we acquired it, so our biggest challenge was to add warmth, depth, and a sense of intimacy to each space.”

An asymmetrical brushed stainless-steel fireplace anchors the great room beneath exposed beams and clerestory windows, the dining room includes an integrated wet bar, and the library, with a built-in L-shaped sofa, provides an informal spot to relax. Further in, the kitchen features a La Cornue range, a professional pizza oven, and a natural stone backsplash.

Five full bathrooms and a powder room are dispersed throughout the property. A ground-floor guest suite opens directly to the pool and gardens, while the primary suite offers a fireplace, a terrace, and a dressing room. The primary bathroom is of particular note, featuring a marble freestanding tub and shower sheathed in swirling blue and white marble. Two additional guest bedrooms have private baths, balconies, and walk-in closets.

Apart from the swimming pool and spa, the gated grounds include a newly added pavilion inspired by Doug Aitken’s “Mirage”—a mirror-clad home in the Southern California desert. The cubic structure reflects the surrounding landscape and holds a sauna and chartreuse-tiled bath. There’s also a fire pit lounge, an outdoor kitchen, and a tiered waterfall.

The home is now available for $14 million with Charles Derenne, Silk Fernald, and Dominique Madden of the ACME Team at Serhant.
