Kathleen O’Connell

Originally from the East Coast, Kathleen is now rooted on California’s Central Coast, inspired by its natural beauty and creative spirit. With both parents working as real estate appraisers, homes and their value have long been part of her family story.

She is the founder and creative director of The Artful Dwelling, an art and design practice focused on finding and curating spaces that feel like you. With more than 15 years of experience in art, design, and sales, she brings a creative eye and thoughtful perspective to real estate.

For sellers, Kathleen combines staging, design, and strategic marketing to bring out the best in a property. For buyers, she takes time to understand how they want to live and helps them find a home that feels like a sanctuary they can make their own.

An educator and community advocate, she works with Children’s Creative Project (CCP) in Santa Barbara, creating arts curriculum for public schools and supporting student art shows.

Kathleen is excited to join ACME805 | SERHANT. Outside of work, she enjoys time with her family, being at the beach, and exploring the Central Coast.
