Maureen Pearson

Maureen Pearson is a third-generation Angeleno and a real estate agent with SERHANT., focused on Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park, and the wider Northeast LA corridor. Her family has shaped Los Angeles real estate for more than seventy years: her grandfather began acquiring commercial properties in the 1950s, building a portfolio that today spans Downtown to Malibu and includes some of the city’s most recognizable addresses.

Before returning to the family trade, Maureen built a career as a painter. She began exhibiting in 2015 and held her first sold-out solo show in 2016, followed by two more sold-out shows. As her work found its way into the homes of collectors across Los Angeles, she developed a close interest in architecture and interior design, and a sharper sense of how the right space shapes the texture of a life.

That combination — a painter’s eye for space and light, and a native’s fluency in Los Angeles neighborhoods — defines how Maureen works today. Over seven years in real estate, she has represented buyers and sellers throughout Los Feliz, Silverlake, Echo Park, Highland Park, Mount Washington, Glendale, Pasadena, Altadena, and Northeast LA with the discernment of an artist and the tenacity of a true native.
